Mission

- To ensure full disclosure of conflicts of interest, if any.
- To facilitate effective grievance redressal.
- To uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.
Services provided to investors
- Publication of research recommendations on listed securities.
- Periodic updates and exit advisories on open recommendations.
- Research reports and market commentary as part of the subscribed plan.
- Customer support for clarifications on published research.
Rights of investors
- Right to receive fair and unbiased research recommendations.
- Right to know all material disclosures and conflicts of interest.
- Right to privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
- Right to grievance redressal within stipulated timelines.
- Right to approach SEBI / SCORES / SMARTODR for unresolved grievances.
Do's for investors
- Deal only with SEBI registered Research Analysts — verify registration on the SEBI website before subscribing.
- Pay subscription fees only through banking channels (UPI, net-banking, cheque, card) into the registered bank account of the Research Analyst.
- Insist on a written service agreement and a signed risk-profile before availing services.
- Read the disclaimer, risk disclosure and terms of service carefully.
- Keep records of payments, communications, KYC documents and recommendations received.
- Understand that all investments carry risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Don'ts for investors
- Do not deal with unregistered entities offering "tips", "assured returns" or "guaranteed profits".
- Do not share your trading account credentials, OTPs or demat login with any Research Analyst.
- Do not transfer money to any personal account of the Research Analyst or her employees.
- Do not fall for schemes that promise unrealistic returns or "sure-shot" calls.
- Do not act on unsolicited stock tips received via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or social media.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Step 1: Write to grievance@divyakhurana.com or call +91 8447333755. Acknowledgement within 1 working day; resolution within 21 calendar days.
Step 2: If unresolved, lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES at https://scores.sebi.gov.in.
Step 3: Online Dispute Resolution via SMARTODR at https://smartodr.in.
